A big thanks to all who entered our 2015 Mother's Day competition here with over 190 amazing entries!!  It was beautiful to read all the experiences you felt the moment you found out that you were pregnant.

It was hard to choose winners from all the entries but here they are below:

Where do I begin in explaining how I felt?! After being in a 10 year abusive marriage, I plucked up enough courage to leave .. After an incident one day, I packed my car with my clothes and a few small items and left everything else behind … I went on to completely turn my life around back to my old self (pre-abuse!) and 2 years on decided to try and become a single mum by choice. Thankfully I was lucky enough to fall pregnant with twins and the moment I found out, I was overwhelmed with happiness. I was also incredibly grateful because my life could have ended up in another direction if I’d stayed married!

I had spent the best year of my life with my amazing boyfriend, we were celebrating the Christmas and New Year break. Being 21 years old, I was still living at home with my parents. Of course I had become quite sick during the holidays and on New Years Eve found out I was pregnant. My partner and I were extremely shocked, scared and deeply concerned about what the future would hold for us. Support from both our parents encouraged us to follow our heart and start our family together. It has been a tough learning curve, with lots of books and guidance from family and friends. Six months into my pregnancy and we're happy and more in love with our little family than ever before. We know this opportunity was given to us for a reason and we cannot wait to meet our beautiful little man.

For my first i was honestly shocked and upset. We had just got engaged and booked our wedding so the timing was off. However when i told my partner the excitement and joy he showed, he looked like he had won the lottery, rubbed off and pushed all other concerns away. We were married 4 weeks after our beautiful was born (deposit already paid) and now due to have bub number 3 in a couple of weeks.
