All fully paid orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday are shipped by EXPRESS POST for FAST delivery Australia wide (check here if you are in the national express post delivery network, please allow longer for regional areas and to WA). If you are not present to receive the parcel it will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.
Delivery to PO Boxes, work addresses and parcel lockers are fine.
Please leave any special delivery instructions for the postman at the checkout, however, if you request that your parcel be left without a signature we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from this authority to leave delivery method.
Once your parcel has shipped we will email you a tracking number - all parcels can be tracked online here http://www.auspost.com.au/track/ For interstate customers, in particular NT and WA, Australia Post generally does not scan the parcel until it has reached the destination state.
Any parcels sent back as RTS (return to sender) or any unclaimed returned parcels will have the return postage fee incurred by us deducted from your refund/store credit. If you request for your parcel to be re-sent, redelivery charges will apply.
FLAT RATE $12
Parcels to New Zealand are a flat rate of $12 and are sent by International Express and will take between 3 - 5 business days to arrive. Parcels can be tracked online here http://www.auspost.com.au/track/
New Zealand orders are GST free. Please note the customer is responsible for any customs duties, fees or taxes incurred. All customs declarations are marked as 'merchandise' with the product value paid in Australian dollars.
Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Japan - $20
United States, Canada - $25
UK, France, Germany, Italy - $30
Rest of the world - FLAT RATE $40

International orders are not guaranteed to ship next business day as we often need to confirm acceptance of duties and customs charges.
International orders are GST free. You can check the approximate value of your order with our currency converter at checkout. If our bank requires you may be emailed for further identification address checks before we ship your order. Please note the customer is responsible for any customs duties, fees or taxes incurred. Every country has different tax thresholds for importing goods. If the parcel is refused at delivery or is unclaimed and returned to us, re-delivery charges incurred (including taxes) will be deducted from your refund and redelivery charges will apply to have it re-sent. Once your parcel has been sent we will email you a reference/tracking number for your records.
