Our products are in stock and shipped directly from our warehouse in Sydney.
Orders placed before 2 PM (Sydney time) on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) will be shipped on the same day.
We can deliver to PO Boxes, workplace addresses and parcel lockers.
Please provide any special delivery instructions for the postman during checkout. However, if you request that your parcel be left without a signature, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of this authority to leave delivery method.
After your parcel has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number (please check your spam folder if you haven’t received it, or log in to your account). For customers in interstate areas, particularly in NT and WA, please note that Australia Post typically does not scan the parcel until it arrives in the destination state.
Any parcels returned as RTS (return to sender) or any unclaimed returned parcels will have the return postage fee we incur deducted from your refund or store credit. If you request for your parcel to be resent, redelivery charges will apply.
NOTE
- Australia Post no longer requires a signature. If you are unavailable to receive the parcel, they may leave it in a safe location at their discretion or take it to the nearest post office for you to collect.

Simply make your purchase online, then collect directly from our warehouse at A2 / 15 Narabang Way, Belrose, Sydney NSW.
Pick up is available Monday-Friday between 10am-4pm on business days. Please call us to arrange a pick up time on (02) 9486 3944. If someone else is collecting the parcel on your behalf please ensure to let us know beforehand.
Note:
- We have no changeroom facilities in which to try on clothing
- Orders paid via a bank transfer or e-cheque can only be collected once the payment clears in our account
- If you are unable to collect your parcel and want it to be posted, then shipping charges may apply

We love shipping our products worldwide! However, depending on your country’s customs regulations, your order may be subject to import duties, tariffs, or other fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office and will need to be paid by the recipient.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to calculate, collect, or prepay these fees in advance. To avoid surprises, we recommend checking with your country’s customs office or postal service to understand any potential charges before placing your order.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that any applicable tariffs or import duties are your responsibility. If your order is returned to us due to unpaid import duties or refusal to accept delivery, we will issue a refund or credit minus any return shipping charges incurred by us. If your package is abandoned or disposed of by your country's customs, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement.
