Our policy is simple - we want you to LOVE what you have ordered and offer an easy exchange/return procedure below.


How do I make an exchange?

All exchanges are processed as a new sale and a return.

Should you require a different size, simply send your original order back for a refund/store credit and place and pay for a new order online.

 

How do I make a return?

Queen Bee is happy to accept change of mind returns provided:

  • Returns must be received within 21 days of the invoice date (28 days for international customers).
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.
  • The original label/swing tag must still be attached.
  • Full priced items are eligible for a refund or store credit.
  • Products marked 'on sale' will receive a store credit only. Store credits have no expiry and can be used any time.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, hosiery, compression hosiery and underwear briefs cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been tried on. Returns will only be accepted if items are unopened and unworn in original packaging.
  • Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene protection sticker is intact due to health and safety reasons.

Your Returns Form is located on the back of your invoice included with your order. If you have lost your form please download another one here.

When will my return be processed?

Our customer service team will process your return the same day your parcel is received.

We will email you a notification once your return has been processed - please check your spam mail folder before contacting our office

  • Refunds can only be credited in the original form paid.  Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.
  • Products marked 'on sale' will receive a store credit only. Store credits have no expiry and can be used any time.
  • Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable.
  • Delivery fees incurred are not refundable.

Note, that late returns will only be accepted by special request and will only be issued a credit note less admin and drycleaning fees. Any late returns received without prior acceptance will not be accepted and returned to you.

 

Who pays for the shipping charges for returns?

Returns

All customers are responsible for the postage cost of returning unsuitable items to us.  Please send parcels back by a secure traceable method (such as express post) to ensure a safe delivery to our warehouse.   We are not responsible for any lost returned parcels.

Incorrect Orders

If we ever do send you incorrect merchandise, we will send out the correct order with a reply paid satchel for you to return the incorrect goods.
