How do I know if my item is in-stock?
All items on the Queen Bee website are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch from our Sydney warehouse. If an item you've ordered happens to be unavailable, we'll reach out to you by email or phone.
How do I know if my order has been placed?
After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with an order reference number. You can track your order status anytime by logging into your account. Orders are processed and dispatched once payment is received.
Do you offer gift-wrapping?
