faulty items

In the very rare event there is a faulty item, please email our team at customerservice@queenbee.com.au who will endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly and hassle free as possible. 

Depending on the fault, we may email you a form to fill out that must be returned together with the item for inspection to our warehouse labelled with a valid RETURNS AUTHORISATION # 


Faulty items can only be accepted with proof of purchase and within a reasonable time after purchase. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, we are not legally obliged to refund you but you may be entitled to have the goods repaired, receive a store credit voucher or exchange at our discretion.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear, misuse, or washed incorrectly are not considered to be faulty. 


PLEASE NOTE: FOR HOSIERY, COMPRESSION HOSIERY AND LEGGINGS
Customers have been advised with a special sticker on each purchase that hosiery and compression garments are delicate and are to be handled with care.  Do not grab or pull as this will cause rips - please use cotton gloves to put on. Runs and tears caused by mishandling are not considered to be faulty and a return denied.
