How do I use a promo code or store credit voucher?

Order Amount will be discounted and message will appear that discount has been applied.

STEP 1.

Tick the checkbox indicating that you have a promo code, enter the code and press the Apply button.



 

 

STEP 2.

The Discount column will appear and the order amount adjusted and the message will appear that the discount has been applied.



 

 

Are promotional codes and credit vouchers case sensitive?

No, you can enter the codes as upper or lower case. However, please ensure there are no spaces.

My code has expired?

Promotional campaigns run for a limited timeframe. Please check the terms and conditions that apply.

The code cannot be applied to my order?

Some promotional campaigns only apply to certain brands or categories. Please check that the order contains an item in the promotion.

Minimum Spend Amount?

Some promotions require a minimum order transaction amount before they can be applied. A message will appear if this situation applies when applying the code.

I have two credit vouchers?

Currently only one credit voucher can be entered per order. Please email us at customerservice@queenbee.com.au if you have more than one store credit and we can combine it for you.

I have two promo codes?

Lucky you! However, only one promotional code can be used per order.
