Managing your stress levels
During your pregnancy you have many changes to deal with, starting with all of the amazing changes your body goes through!
At Queen Bee we do our best to take the stress out of choosing your new maternity and breastfeeding clothes, but there are many other neat little tricks you can use to keep your stress levels down which will benefit both you and your baby.
As you struggle with lower energy levels, shopping online can help you to reserve your energy for the all important task of baby making. Learning to manage your time most efficiently not only saves you from exhaustion but will make life easier when you have a little one to care for as well.
That doesn’t mean that you have to hide yourself away from the world altogether though, far from it! In fact getting out in the fresh air has many bonuses, especially if it’s to catch up with friends and family or take a leisurely stroll in your favourite park or on the beach.
Have a look at some relaxation music too, not only will it help to soothe you and your baby through any uncomfortable nights during your pregnancy, but when your baby arrives those same pieces of music they listened to in the womb may calm them more effectively than anything else.

Meet Lisa Balakas the Creative Director of Ripe Maternity
I am excited by what I believe we can create as a team at Ripe. I love the collaboration of building something together with others and achieving. I love that the people in the team are not in my eyes ‘replaceable’ they are an integral part of the mechanics, it fuels my belief that we are in good hands because everyone works from their heart.
