Managing your stress levels

During your pregnancy you have many changes to deal with, starting with all of the amazing changes your body goes through!

As you struggle with lower energy levels, shopping online can help you to reserve your energy for the all important task of baby making. Learning to manage your time most efficiently not only saves you from exhaustion but will make life easier when you have a little one to care for as well.

That doesn’t mean that you have to hide yourself away from the world altogether though, far from it! In fact getting out in the fresh air has many bonuses, especially if it’s to catch up with friends and family or take a leisurely stroll in your favourite park or on the beach.

Have a look at some relaxation music too, not only will it help to soothe you and your baby through any uncomfortable nights during your pregnancy, but when your baby arrives those same pieces of music they listened to in the womb may calm them more effectively than anything else.
