How to Put on Compression Stockings
- these are medical grade 2 compression so it may be a little difficult to put on
- we recommend setting aside 10-15 minutes and wearing light cotton gloves (this avoids snags by fingernails or jewellery)
- they are true graduated compression which means they are tightest at the ankle and the pressure decreases up the leg
- so the tricky thing is to stretch the ankle part over your heel
- place the stocking over your foot and then gently ease it over your heel
- once done, make sure it is positioned correctly and then gently ease the stocking up, keeping it smooth and straight
- be careful not to too pull or tug on the stocking as this may cause the fabric to rip
- ensure there are no wrinkles or folds as that may cause additional pressure in that area
- for knee high sleeves, the top of the band should be two-finger widths below the bend of the knee
- tip: if you put lotion on your legs make sure that it has dried as moisture makes it harder to put on - a little talc or cornstarch will absorb the moisture
- tip: placing a silk scarf over the foot and heel will help it slide on more easily and you can then pull out the scarf. This is particularly effective if you have cracked heels and it also protects the delicate hosiery fabric

Return policy
- Returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date (40 days for international customers).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, with labels attached.
- When returning a bundled set, all items in the bundle must be returned.
- Full priced items are eligible for a refund (this includes items purchased with a promo code).
- Products marked 'on sale' in our clearance section here will receive a store credit only. Store credits are valid for 12 months.
Items that can't be returned
- Hosiery, compression hosiery and socks, and underwear briefs
- Skincare, nursing pads, maternity pads, teas and personal care items
- Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene protection sticker is intact due to health and safety reasons
