After your baby is born you’ll experience postpartum bleeding which is known as lochia. This is similar to your menstrual period and can last anywhere between 4-6 weeks. The first few days are the heaviest and is not the time to be wearing your good underwear. Our disposable cotton briefs are soft against your sensitive skin, easy to take on and off, and better for the environment than other mesh/synthetic alternatives.
Disposable underwear is an essential to pack in your hospital bag as part of your postpartum care package. It is also recommended to wear absorbent pads (not tampons) during this period.
Postpartum Disposable Underwear
- 4-pack of white pure cotton disposable underwear briefs
- soft, stretchy with a double layered gusset
- each underwear brief is hygienically individually wrapped
- as it is cotton they can be washed and reused a number of times before disposing
- note, due to hygiene reasons, this underwear cannot be returned or exchanged if any of the sealed items are opened

Return policy
- Returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date (40 days for international customers).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, with labels attached.
- When returning a bundled set, all items in the bundle must be returned.
- Full priced items are eligible for a refund (this includes items purchased with a promo code).
- Products marked 'on sale' in our clearance section here will receive a store credit only. Store credits are valid for 12 months.
Items that can't be returned
- Hosiery, compression hosiery and socks, and underwear briefs
- Skincare, nursing pads, maternity pads, teas and personal care items
- Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene protection sticker is intact due to health and safety reasons
