What is a PeriBottle?
A peri spray bottle, also known as a perineal irrigation bottle, is an upside down bottle that acts as a portable bidet to allow you to more easily and gently cleanse the perineum area postpartum.
Why Use a Peri Bottle?
After child birth your perineum can be sore and swollen. Sometimes the perineum can tear, or the doctor may perform an episiotomy to ensure a safe delivery. This can be sore for several weeks and urination will sting.
An important step of postpartum care and healing is to regularly cleanse and soothe the perineal area and a peri bottle is a compact, convenient and easy way to clean the perineum.
How to Use a Peri Bottle?
- fill the bottle with warm/cool water
- screw the nozzle back on securely
- turn the bottle upside down
- position and gently squeeze
- squeezing the bottle more tightly will increase the water pressure
- gently pat your perineum dry (avoid wiping as this can be abrasive)
Note:
- do not use hot or boiling water
- always test the temperature of the water before use
- do not place the bottle in the microwave, oven or dishwasher

Return policy
- Returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date (40 days for international customers).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, with labels attached.
- When returning a bundled set, all items in the bundle must be returned.
- Full priced items are eligible for a refund (this includes items purchased with a promo code).
- Products marked 'on sale' in our clearance section here will receive a store credit only. Store credits are valid for 12 months.
Items that can't be returned
- Hosiery, compression hosiery and socks, and underwear briefs
- Skincare, nursing pads, maternity pads, teas and personal care items
- Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene protection sticker is intact due to health and safety reasons
