All of our products come in two sizes that are super stretchy so it's the ideal maternity and feeding underwear. S/M (size 6 - 10) & M/L (size 12 - 16). Customer feedback has said that women up to a 16DD feel comfortable in Nearly Nude, however some have said that they need extra support, where they chose to wear their bras under their Nearly Nude slips & tanks.
