Sophie Guidolin's Instant Hot Chocolate Sticks Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons cacao butter, melted
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 dash vanilla extract
Directions
Combine the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray or patty pans and place a popsicle stick into the middle. Set in the freezer and use as required.
TIP
To use, simply warm one cup of your favourite milk, then stir the stick until the chocolate has melted.
