Great for third trimester of pregnancy. I purchased one size up very early on because I wasn't sure but couldn't wear them for ages as they wear too big. I kept them because they look very nice for work and are super comfy and they were great for me as time went on. Lost one star because they tended to slip off a bit. These pants look great, the cut is very flattering and its quite comfy as well. However, I don't agree with purchasing your pre-pregnancy size as I was only able to wear them for about a month before they became too tight.
However, as they are my pre-pregnancy size I do intend to wear them after I give birth, no one has to see the band. They are great comfy pants.

Also the soft waist band means when you sit down it won't pinch your handles so it won't give you a muffin top (like normal pants do, especially jeans, they can be so unforgiving).
